Tripoli, Libya, May 13 (Infosplusgabon)  -  A total of 134 civilian casualties, including 23 deaths and 111 injuries, have been reported since April 4 in the southern and southeastern outskirts of Tripoli, a source from the Libyan Ministry of Health of the Government of National Unity said here on Sunday.
